The customer may seek a refund or exchange if any product proves to be wrongly delivered, or in a defective condition. However, we reserve the right not to accept any requests for a return or exchange, as it would be on a case by case basis.  However, please take note that we would not be responsible for any mould/worm infestation, due to improper storage, such as the products not being stored in the fridge, or the products were stored in places under direct sunlight. Otherwise, you may bring your product down to our store within 7 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the original packaging remains intact/unopened when you bring it for the exchange or refund.There would be no refund on the delivery and customers are expected to bear any costs which may occur during the exchange/refund transaction.
