Description
This blood circulation formula helps to remove blood stasis, blood clots and improve blood circulation. In addition , it can lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. It also acts as a pain reliever and is suitable for people who had injuries or aches due to poor blood flow.
Ingredients:
Panax notoginseng, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Poria, Chinese yam, Polygonatum odoratum, Codonopsis pilosula, Wolfberry, Longan.
Preparations:
Directions :Use 500g-800g of meat. Boil the meat for 1-2 minutes , rinse all herbs and add in 1.5-2.0 Litres of water (subject to condition ) .Bring into boil and turn into low fire for 2 hours , add salt and serve.
