Description
An effective detox formula to eliminate internal toxic heat . Can be used to relieve heat and inflammation.
Ingredients:
Antalope horn, Juncus effusus, Phyllostachys nigra, Ophiopogon japonicus, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Brown sugar.
Preparations:
Rinse all herbs and add in 1000-1500ml of water. Soak herbs for 20-30 minutes and bring to boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add brown sugar and serve.
