This kid friendly soup helps to strengthen the lung, spleen and to prevent cough. It also reinforces the stomach function and expel dampness from the body.
Ingredients:
Cordyceps Militaris, Chinese yam, Lotus seed, Poria, Euryale ferox
Use 500-800g of meat or chicken. Scald meat with hot water for 1-2 minutes and rinse all herbs. Add in 1.2L-1.8L of water (subject to condition) and soak herbs and meat for 30 minutes. Bring to a boil and then reduce to low medium heat to simmer for 2 hours. Add salt and serve warm.
