Description
Mr Mok's Lingzhi with abalone chicken soup helps to relieve mental stress & nourish qi. It reinforces the liver functions, improves vision and cells recovery. It also strengthens the body immunity ,reduce allergies ,and can help to lower blood pressure.
Ingredients:
Dried abalone, Polygonatum odoratum, Chinese yam, Cordyceps militaris, Ganoderma, Codonopsis pilosula, Wolfberry, Longan.
Preparations:
Use 500g-800g of meat. Boil the meat for 1-2 minutes , rinse all herbs and add in 1.5-2.0 Litres of water (subject to condition ) .Bring into boil and turn into low fire for 2 hours , add salt and serve.
