Description
A soup that is very suitable for youths going through puberty as it contains panex not ginseng. Not ginseng is a herb which is well known for treating blood and circulation related issues. It improves blood flow and blood circulation. During puberty , it helps in bone growth and development in youths. This is because of the improved circulation of the blood stream.
Ingredients:
Panax notoginseng, Poria, Chinese yam, Polygonatum odoratum, Codonopsis pilosula, Wolfberry, Longan.
Preparations:
Use 500g-800g of meat. Boil the meat for 1-2 minutes , rinse all herbs and add in 1.5-2.0 Litres of water (subject to condition ) .Bring into boil and turn into low fire for 2 hours , add salt and serve.
