Description

A meat stew cooked in broth popularly served in Singapore and Malaysia .Added with herbs ,this soup can improve qi and blood circulation, reinforce the spleen and stomach function as well as body reisistance.

Ingredients:
Codonopsis pilosula, Astragulus propinquus, Chinese yam, Wolfberry, Longan, Poria, Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong hort, Polygonatum odoratum, Homemade pork rib soup spice.

Preparations:
Use 500g-800g of meat. Boil the meat for 1-2 minutes , rinse all herbs and add in 1.5-2.0 Litres of water (subject to condition ) .Bring into boil and turn into low fire for 2 hours , add salt and serve.
