Description
This tea is used to clear heat from the lungs and stomach,it is also used to regulate lung function, reduce phlegm and relieve cough.
Ingredients:
Mixed apricot kernel, Honey jujube, Sauropus spatulifolius, Siraitia grosvenori, Brown sugar.
Preparations:
Rinse all herbs and add in 1000-1500ml of water. Soak herbs for 20-30 minutes and bring to boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add brown sugar and serve.
