Description
This herbal tea is used to eliminate dampness , induce diuresis to treat stranguria , eliminate toxic materials and relieve swelling.
Ingredients:
Lysimachia nummularia, Coix lacryma-jobi, Benincasa his pida, Siraitia grosvenori, Brown sugar, Plantago asiatica.
Preparations:
Rinse all herbs and add in 1000-1500ml of water. Soak herbs for 20-30 minutes and bring to boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add brown sugar and serve.
